What a year it’s been for this little family!
After being referred by a colleague, Lucy & Cam connected with Emma this year to explore what first home ownership could look like for them.
Having settled back in Hawke’s Bay after spending time away, they were ready to put down roots and take that exciting first step onto the property ladder.
Their journey started with understanding the process — discussing bank criteria, deposit requirements, first home buyer options, and some of the special lending products available. With clarity around what was possible, they were able to focus on preparing for one of life’s biggest milestones… their wedding day 💒
Once the celebrations were over, it was time to dive into house hunting. Armed with confidence in their financial position, they found an incredible first home and, once their offer was accepted, we moved quickly — securing finance approval in record time.
A wedding and a first home all in first half of the year… not a bad way to start the next chapter ❤️
